We have a 7-day return or Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & a refund or exchange.
For any return or exchange, the customer will be liable for the transportation cost
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is sent to you with the order or by WhatsApp
Here are certain points to be noted while requesting a refund:
SMART Watches are non refundable, except for the following reasons
The wrong product was sent by phoenix timepiece.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
Gift Cards are non refundable.
Promo Codes are non refundable.
Items available for returns (and refunds) must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
Watches that have been worn extensively or have scratches on the bracelet and case do not qualify for exchange or return.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive the watch.
The box that the watch originally comes with, should also be intact when it reaches us, if it’s a case of a refund. Otherwise, money will be deducted from your refund amount.
The refund will only be processed after the order passes the Quality Check at our facility upon receipt.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
